Create additional email addresses that deliver to your mailbox — perfect for privacy and role-based addresses.

Email Aliases

An alias is an additional email address that delivers to your main mailbox. Replies go out from your main address (or the alias itself if you prefer).

Plan limits: Free (0 aliases), Pro (20 aliases), Premium (unlimited).

Creating an alias

  1. Go to Settings → Aliases.
  2. Click Add alias.
  3. Enter the local part (e.g. newsletternewsletter@yourdomain.com).
  4. Click Create.

Emails sent to the alias arrive in your main inbox.

Sending from an alias

When composing an email:

  1. Click the From field.
  2. Select the alias from the dropdown.

The recipient sees the alias as the sender. Replies will come back to that alias.

Common alias patterns

Alias Use
hello@ Public-facing contact address
support@ Customer support
billing@ Invoice and payment queries
noreply@ Outbound-only (set up a bounce rule)
shop+amazon@ Privacy alias for shopping signups

Catch-all alias

On custom domains you can enable a catch-all — any address at your domain that isn't explicitly a mailbox or alias will land in your inbox. Enable it under Settings → Domains → ··· → Enable catch-all.

Deleting an alias

Go to Settings → Aliases and click the trash icon. Emails sent to that alias after deletion will bounce.
