Downloading the Mobile App

The Kerabie Mail app is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Search for Kerabie Mail.
3. Tap Get to download and install.
4. Open the app and sign in with your Kerabie Mail account.

Requirements: iOS 16 or later.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for Kerabie Mail.
3. Tap Install.
4. Open the app and sign in.

Requirements: Android 8.0 or later.

Signing in

1. Enter your Kerabie Mail email address and password.
2. If you have biometric lock enabled, you'll be prompted to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your fingerprint on each app open.

Features on mobile

The mobile app includes the full feature set:

• All Inboxes view (multiple accounts side by side)
• Sent, Drafts, Spam, Archive, Trash, and Scheduled folders
• Compose with AI assist
• Labels, Contacts, and Calendar
• Push notifications for new mail
• Swipe to delete or mark as read
• Offline draft saving

Push notifications

The app will ask for notification permission on first launch. To manage this later:

• iOS: Settings → Kerabie Mail → Notifications
• Android: Settings → Apps → Kerabie Mail → Notifications
