Upgrading Your Plan

How to upgrade

1. Log in to your account at kerabie.email.
2. Go to Settings → Billing.
3. Click Upgrade plan.
4. Select Pro or Premium.
5. Choose your billing period (monthly, annual, 2-year, or 3-year).
6. Enter your payment details (card or bank transfer via Flutterwave).
7. Click Subscribe.

Your plan upgrades immediately and new features are unlocked right away.

What happens to my existing data?

Nothing changes — all your emails, labels, and settings are preserved.

Proration

If you upgrade mid-billing-period, you're charged the prorated difference for the remaining days. The new billing cycle starts from today.

Payment methods

• Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Verve
• Bank transfer — via Flutterwave (Nigeria)

Changing billing period

To switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa):

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change billing period.
2. Select the new period.
3. The change takes effect at the next renewal date.
