IMAP and SMTP Settings
You can access your Kerabie Mail account from any standard email client using IMAP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing).
Connection settings
Incoming mail (IMAP)

Setting up Thunderbird
- Open Thunderbird → Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, and password.
- Thunderbird will auto-configure using the settings above (via autodiscovery).
- If autodiscovery fails, enter the values manually from the table above.
Setting up Outlook
- Go to File → Add Account.
- Enter your email address and click Connect.
- Select IMAP.
- Enter the IMAP and SMTP settings above.
- Enter your password and click Done.
Setting up Apple Mail
- Open Mail → Mail → Add Account → Other Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email address, and password.
- Apple Mail will auto-discover settings. If it fails, enter them manually.
Multiple devices
IMAP keeps your messages on the server, so you can access the same emails from multiple devices. Messages read on one device are marked read everywhere.
Autodiscovery
Email clients that support RFC 6186 or Autodiscover (Outlook) will configure automatically when you enter just your email address and password. If your client asks for server details, use the values above.
