Getting Started with Kerabie Mail

Welcome to Kerabie Mail — a private, fast, and feature-rich email service built for individuals and teams who care about their data.

What is Kerabie Mail?

Kerabie Mail is a hosted email platform that gives you:

  • A mailbox at kerabie.email or on your own custom domain
  • A clean webmail client accessible from any browser
  • Native iOS and Android apps
  • Tools like AI compose, labels, contacts, calendar, and scheduled sending
  • Privacy by default — no tracking, no scanning

Step 1 — Create your account

  1. Go to kerabie.email and click Get Started.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a strong password.
  3. Verify your email address using the link sent to you.
  4. Choose your plan — the Free plan is available immediately with no credit card.

Step 2 — Add your first mailbox

Once logged in, you'll be prompted to create a mailbox:

  • Kerabie mailbox — a new address at yourname@kerabie.email. Ready instantly.
  • Custom domain mailbox — use your own domain like you@yourbusiness.com. Requires DNS verification (5–15 minutes).
  • Connect existing account — add a Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP account.

See How to Add Your First Mailbox for a full walkthrough.

Step 3 — Send and receive email

Your inbox is at webmail.kerabie.email. You can also access it from the mobile app (search "Kerabie Mail" in the App Store or Google Play).

  • Compose a new message with the pencil icon (or press C on desktop).
  • Reply to a message by opening it and tapping Reply.
  • Search using the search bar at the top — searches subject, sender, and body.
